Item did come damaged which is unfortunate because I needed it for a certain date. 3 calls later with amazon and they finally agreed to send a replacement. The packaging could be better. It was all stuffed in a small box, hence why it was damaged.The product itself it very modern and will look great once installed. Double bar could be more heavy duty, especially for heavy towels.
