Game came in wrapped, completely new! Has been a great gameplay so far, especially compared to the first two (button pressing is MUCH easier). Can’t wait to finish the series eventually!

I really liked this game for the gore, blood, and action. I'd say I'm a fan of slasher games; for example I enjoyed Dante's Inferno as well.Back in highschool, I think around 2009, a friend let me borrow this game. I got into it and liked it but I can't even remember if I beat it or not. I can't remember how it ended either.Six years later, I get rid of my Xbox 360 and bought a PS4; it was my birthday when I got it too. When buying the PS4, I'd hoped they'd remake God of War 3, and I'm glad they did so I can get a chance to finish it and play some more.The plot revolving around Greek mythology is interesting, and it's hardcore to see Greek gods get brutally killed. My favorite kill of the game, which was my favorite since I played long ago, was when the Greek god Helios is killed. You, the character Kratos, which you play as, rips Helios' head off; how excessively bloody.I was excited to get this on July 15th, the day after it came out; thanks Amazon!I'd recommend this to anyone who likes gore, action, and blood. Great game, artistic and beautiful special effects, brutal kills, weaponry of the gods, and don't forget the blood. $39.99 isn't a bad price either.

There's not much else to say here other than this:If you previously played this game and are a fan, it's totally worth the money. It looks great, plays great and really rekindles the fire and fun of playing this game again. You'll be quite satisfied to revisit this gem, it looks and sounds amazing. The camera mode they put in this game I found to be quite interesting. You can take pictures of the excellent art and work the developers put into the game and save them as wallpaper etc.If you have never played the game before or have taken a long break from it by all means give this game serious consideration. It has some archaic mechanics like QTE's here and there but its a classic action game with an epic over the top story of Gods and Monsters and shameless violence.God of War 2 is a personally favorite of mine with this game running up as a close second. The PSP game Ghost of Sparta was also a very well made game I would recommend which can be found on the God of War Collection for PS3.There's no reason not to by this classic one more time and support the series on PS4. It's very well made with non stop action you won't want to put down till the end. Excelsior!The game is fully patched and updated for PS4. This is the third and final game of the trilogy which first appeared on PS3.

What a beautiful game from start to finish. Making your vengeance trough the Olympus and killing the gods and anyone standing on your way. GOW 3 is definitely a game you do not feel bored at ones since you are always up to something. To be honest with you GOW 3 has some if not the best boos/god fight ever like wooooow awesome awesome awesome. Worth it you will not regret it. 9/10 from me
