Great chainsaw for suburban working.
Ive had it a couple of months. You get 25-30 cuts out of a charge but it can be recharged with in 30mins. I used it initially for cutting down 100mm stakes, but found it easy to use and more accurate than I expected, so I've use it to make some garden benches and other little bits too.I prefer the electric motor for my needs, as it is only noisy when its cutting, it is convenient to get out for little jobs and I don't expect it to cease over winter if not in use for 6 months.I wouldn't recommend for large tree felling.

Good alternative to a petrol chainsaw
Having used a 18v battery chainsaw in the past I decided to upgrade to a 40v version and the difference in performance was well worth it. Needing a chainsaw for a small woodland I didn't want to have the hassle (and smell) of a petrol model and for the money this was great value, (I got it when they were also giving away their portable vacuum, which is also great!) I got around 30 cuts of the mature Scots pine in the picture from the 2.5Ah supplied.Hopefully they'll release some more of their 40v tools in the UK soon.

Great small job chainsaw
I have now used several times to complete the preparation of logs for drying through 2020.The Oregon chain is first rate , and the set up easy once you get the hang of tightening the chainwith the rear knob turn.I estimate the battery to last about 30 minutes , but it provides sufficient power/torque to tackle 10-12" diameter logs. It cuts through smaller stuff easily.I intend to buy a back up/second battery so that I can extend the time range.Good value and much better for small jobs than petrol or electric options.

Just great chainsaw - easy to use and adjust- less mess and quieter
First bought another one for twice the price- faulty electronic break and heavy - Then discovered this- Fantastic! Now abandoned my heavy petrol Husqvarna. Just great chainsaw. Just waiting for spare 4amp batteries to become available in the UK

Switched from 2stroke to Battery
I chose this product as it came out top in several reviews of cordless chainsaw's in this price range. I normally use a Makita petrol of identical size. 1st use & I am more than satisfied with the power & smoothness of use, probably better than the 2stroke. It cut through a recently felled apple tree with ease, some of the branches being around 20cm & wrapped in stubborn ivy. Probably did around 20-30 cuts & the battery started to fade although still managed quite a few smaller 5cm limbs before it stopped. Currently giving it it's 1st recharge. From pretty much flat to fully charged in 43mins. For garden use or even light felling & pruning I would highly recommend this kit.

Wood cutting without fuss
I scrapped my Titan 2-stroke chainsaw. Although cheap, it was difficult to start, unreliable, and I could not find anyone who would service it. This inexpensive cordless saw was no fuss at all and worked fine. It is also nice and quiet so will not annoy anyone nearby. It had a little less power than the 2-stroke so did not cut a thick hardwood trunk quite as fast as the 2-stroke would have done when it was working. I have yet to discover how long the battery will last between charges will last, but there is always the option of buying a spare battery if I need to tackle a big job away from home. I am a cordless convert.

Brilliant
This is a brilliant battery powered chainsaw. On the first outing we cut 88 logs, and there was still power left in the battery, we filled the car boot. Lightweight and easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Handy tool...Battery life not brilliant.
Was a little nervous at first, having never used a chain saw before but after a couple of cuts was more comfortable with it. Fairly light weight and controllable. It didn`t like cutting through some dry Ash I had but softer wood was no problem.
