I'm so in love with the design of this cup. It's beautiful to hold. Looks classy. The lid is great. As you can see in the picture, tea/water doesn't leak out at all. Keeps the tea warm for around 2 hours (provided you don't open the lid at all after pouring tea). I'll buy this again!!

Too costly, the bamboo lid leaves a bad smell to the tea when u open it. It doesn’t keep your drink hot, May be for less than half an hour similar to any other mug, I don’t know if the glass lid would help, don’t buy bamboo lid one

The product ordered were of different sizes and bamboo lid did not fit properly, I ordered 2 pieces and both had different size, there was good size variation in both and bamboo lid was also loose.Looks like quality supplier is not picked from China from where all these goods are sourced from.

light weight cups with lids and classy looks. Little costly though.

Very good mugs. Tea remains decently hot even if kept with lid for 15-20 mins. Look good as well.

If you mm extended wooden cap would have been better in grip for pulling off from the cup
