It comes with everything shown. The door strap comes in handy for various exercises. I bought it for rehabbing my broken collarbone and they worked great. Good price for a solid set of exercise bands.

These bands are fantastic. I love how the handles fit on any of the resistance bands, and the 'beaner hinges that make it super easy to move around when you're using them. They're excellent quality and the door thing is perfect, and easy.

Grea value and quality for the price. My wife uses them and love them. I use regular weights. Each strap is individually and clearly labeled.

Nice set of bands with good handles and ankle straps. The clips are easy to use to attach handles. Definitely worth the money.

The bands are great. They hold up very well. I was pleasantly surprised seeing that many bands snap at the handle/attachment. These are manufactured to be strong against that.

I only use these for a small part of my workout, but the work perfectly well for what I need.
