Hello!This product is more affordable and has great features. When I initially bought it, the screen touch worked perfectly fine as well as the apps, but my steering wheel control did not. It seems not to be compatible although I am using an integrated interface (Crux). However, Rimoody Support Team is very great at handling complaints. They constantly reached out to me and gave me further instructions about how to better install the stereo. They eventually suggested to send me a new stereo for a replacement. I really like the stereo and its features as well as their customer service, especially how they did not let my complaint go unheard and unsolved.My vehicle is GMC 2016 Chevy Traverse.

Nice display but it's super slow... I have to wait minutes for maps to load! The volume, for some reason always starts on a loud setting.

Had it in the car for a year now and it works most of the time. every now and again u need to reset the tablet to play audio. Does not look like in the pictures and very slow at times. If u have subs and or aftermarket door speakers and an audio guy do not buy!!!!the wire harness is a pain in the a** to install and no instructions for anything that will make you understand. If u don’t know what your doing this can make u contemplate on everything you just purchased.

[26 APR 2022: Day 2]… Screen Tilt Tension - there is a knob that lets you change the setting. No more complaints from me about road bumps shaking the screen downwards.… Hotspot Issue Alleviation - iPhones have a “compatibility” setting under “hotspot” that must be turned on. For me, anyway. It works as intended.+ Added two stars to total review (from two to four)+ Changed review title (from “not worth it” to “decent. Worth it!”[25 APR 2022: Day 1]- Doesn’t stay connected to my hotspotting-iPhone SE3 - I have to restart my phone for this product to see my phone. It will connect, drop the connection and then will no longer see my phone unless I repeat the restart process.- Unreliable network adapter - I had this item connect to our home network (T-Mobile 5G). This item kept buffering and buffering like our internet speed was slow trash. It takes forever for YouTube video thumbnails to load. It barely loads YouTube videos.- Basic road driving makes this screen tilt down - I hope there is a way to adjust tension because this design is terrible. It’s a neat idea… but becomes useless when driving down the street and your screen tilts itself down!! TF!?- No Apple user accommodations - I should have read the description better. But when there is no apple carplay it is damn near useless for apple users. Can’t connect through USB… right out of the box at least. Not sure if there are apps for this. There’s a way to mirror (I believe) by hotspotting— oh wait. THAT CRAP DOESN’T WORK!!- Bad hardware specs - again, i should have read better. These are outdated memory specs that make this crap feel slow. You get what you pay for. When the package arrived and I saw that 1G ram sticker… i shuddered.- No installation instructions - I’m okay with this. However… I do need to mention that crappy way these guys created a “wiring diagram” at the back of the deck. If you take the time to number the pins… WHY THE HELL NOT NOTE THE COLORS ALSO?! With that said… some of the descriptions of the pins are… foreign or strange.0 Didn’t use/install the rear camera.+ Screen is bright.+ Rear USB works for charging.+ Radio works.++ Screen is detachable. Helps with install. Be VERY careful.Will mess with some settings and update.

So.. there isn’t CarPlay or android auto on it like it says in the item description. That was the whole reason I bought it for…Everything else works though. But it’s pretty much just a cheap android tablet hooked up to a car stereo. It tends to get very slow at times and sometimes even freezes for a few seconds. It works at least…. If you buy it, make sure to get a CarPlay adapter too. That’s what i ended up having to do 🙄

The touch screen work as well as the sound its not bad if you have a sub with decent speakers. But the actual interface leaves much to be desired. Dark mode not available. The unit won't turn off after a few times of starting the car. Then the power button stops working after a short while. 1st one had it for a week and requested a replacement. The replacement didn't last more than 3 hrs before the unit wouldn't turn off then it activated my theft system that wouldn't let me shift gears in the car. Nope done after 2 tries im done.

Great product screen is very big, colorful, and easy to use.
