Impeccable accuracy for 1/4 of the price of named brand
I love this laser measure, just to be clear I bought it at full price and did not receive free product for review. I was looking for a laser measure for the basement project that I’m about to start, laser measure helps to get quick and rough measurements to determine the amount of materials needed. I didn’t want to go with named brand by paying 4 times the price as I might not use it as often as a contractor does nor I would abuse it like a construction site. What surprised me is the accuracy. Though the user manually says accuracy is +/- 1/16 inch, my testing proved to be spot on. I tested by measuring walls around the house, each time it perfectly matched my trusted tape measure and I have attached pictures for reference.Features includes: has memory function, can measure either from bottom or top of the tool, has mm, ft (decimal), ft/in/fraction, inch/fraction units, has continuous measuring capability with low, high and average measurements. A horizontal and vertical bubble level.Comes with 2 AAA battery and the LED display is bright enough, one issue which it shares with any RED laser that it is not visible under bright sunlight, though it provides a measurement, you can’t exactly see where you are pointing at. It should work fine under shade or when the sun is not intense.Durability is something that time will tell. But for now I don’t regret my purchase

Works indoors, but not so good outdoors
The laser measuring device worked good indoors, but when I tried using it outside to measure the dimensions of my house it fell short of what I was expecting. It was a sunny day when I used it outside and the laser is not bright enough to see where it is taking a reading to know if you are pointing it at the location you are trying to measure. I’m guessing all of these inexpensive laser measuring devices probably have the same issue with not having a powerful enough laser. I don’t use it enough to justify buying an expensive one. I just have to wait until dusk to use this one outside.

Great laser measurer
I had a laser measure from Leica That kept malfunctioning so I needed to buy a replacement. Those are about $400 so this was a lot more reasonable. This is working great so far. I just wish the numbers were a little little bit bigger. This measures up to 1/16 of an inch so it is very precise
