This camera was easy to install. Came with clear and simple instructions. Customer service is very responsive. I love the features of the camera for the price. The quality of video is execellent. The sound of the microphone to hear the surroundings and the volume of the speaker to talk through are execellent. The two way communication is lovely. Colour night vision is good. The early battery durability is good. Charged once indoors before putting outdoors and one charge lasted a week. Which means in the event of cloudy days, on full charge your good for a while. Motion sensing is good and to save space you xan set it to record only when it picks up movement. The motion sensor could be more sensitive to distanve but all the same it still cover up to about 20-30 feet. Overall excellent quality and value for money spent. The inatallation screws could be better but you could always jus buy some 1 inch wood screws and use those.

I had a rough start with my first unit — setup was frustrating, the app had issues, and several features just didn’t work as expected. However, I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly and professionally. They sent me a replacement camera, and I’m happy to say it works much better!The setup this time was smooth, the app is far more stable, and the 360° view is now responsive and easy to control. Motion detection is more accurate, night vision is clear enough for what I need, and the solar panel does a decent job keeping the battery topped up with a few hours of sun.The two-way audio is also much clearer on the replacement — a huge improvement from the first unit. It seems like the original was just a defective one.Kudos to the support team for standing behind their product. The replacement unit works as advertised and has turned my opinion around completely. Great value and great service!

This is an excellent camera. Easy set up the first time. Installation was very easy including templates for mounting screws provided. I recommend to order the micro SD card to record history. You don’t need a subscription in the cloud with the SD card. Instructions to operate could be a little more detailed but it is easy to figure out just by playing around the main screen. I just figured out that you can use your finger on the live screen to touch and move the camera. Great camera all around.

My grandparents wanted this camera, it is good, but they call me a lot when the notifications just stop, or when the video recording does not play, even when the card is new and only used 1G out of 16, The camera itself is awesome, but the app needs work, it is slow to work with even with encryption off, it takes like 40sec to just view a video that is like 15sec long, sometimes it don't play at all but just shows a picture. The worst part is anyone can delete the camera, which will require you to redo the steps to get it running, it is soooo easy to delete the camera and change settings for someone who does not have the complete control profile. But other than the app, the camera itself is awesome, and clear with good view angles, good night vision, and easy installation, I just wish the app was better.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\/ \/ \/ \\\Update, Feb 26, 2024///: \/ \/ \/The camera itself is still good, and the base app still is not good, However, Their customer service is amazing with them giving me suggestions on what to do, they asked to change the SD card, this did not work, but I can see how it would help some people, then they ask me to get the (Cloud Edge) app instead, this is soooo much better, it is faster and I can see my recording.Note, for my experience of using Cloud Edge these past months, it shows that this app is better, but it is still slow when getting the history when you are away, at least I can get it with this app, which is way better than before where I could not get anything, the main video works better as it is just faster with Cloud Edge, and my grandparents all agreed on that.Overall, if you are having connection problems, check the SD card, try the Cloud Edge app, or call customer support to get your device checked for free. We are more happy with the Cloud Edge app, so we will rate this better due to the amazing help from Anran to fix the issue.

I liked this camera so much, I bought a second one. Everything works well and as described by the manufacturer. I have the first one over a year and the second one six months and there are no problems. The views are fine both day and night and on both my cell phone and laptop. All the features work well. The only problem that I had was finding the software for my laptop. Pairing it with the cell phone was no problem, but I had to contact the manufacturer to get the software for the laptop. It's a great product.
