I bought this as it works with iOS , I use a iPad to make my music . Plug in and play …. noFirst of all you have to plug it into a pc or Mac to load the firmware . I don’t have either , I use a iPadSo I had to get a friend to do it , not much of a problem . But if you are expecting to take it out of the box , plug it in and off you go …… noSounds great when you get it going , very clean

This does what it claims to do. Does it do it well? For me arguably it does not.The recordings I have managed to make with this have been far from noiseless. I have found myself spending more time trying to clean up the audio made from this device than I have actually making recordings with it. Which is not why we buy devices such as this. I do not know what is causing the noise artifacts, I can only assume it is down to the less than high quality. I bought this as a stop gap whilst choosing a different system and I'm glad that this was not a permanent choice for me.My advice would be to skip this one and try to find a used scarlet or something. The Daw it comes with isn't really worth it as why wouldn't you just buy a novation product and get ableton lite for free anyway? Ableton lite is superior to the Daw that comes for with this product. Although I had a lot of trouble making this product talk to Ableton. Perhaps that's why they ship it with a Daw that it is easy for it to talk to.I apologise if this comes across as a little annoyed. I'm just trying to warn you from an I'll advised purchase. I am aware that a scarlet etc costs more, but sound quality is very important to people who are in the market for products such as this.

Definitely plug and play. Tiny footprint, but well made and does the job.

Currently using as a practice pre-amp and is easy to set up and use. The bundled software is a bit of a pain, as each one requires a download from a different site (many of which you have to register with). The Studio software isn't easy to use, especially for a complete novice like me.

After researching ways to record guitar on my home PC and watching numerous reviews I bought the Presonus Audiobox Go as it came highly recommended and included a software bundle that meant I would not have to buy that as an extra. No issues with the actual product itself it appears well made, the difficulties came when I attempted to register the included software suite. Issue one required 1 week back and forth with tech support as the software wouldn't allow me to authorise the given codes. To their credit this was resolved. Every other software title include requires making numerous accounts and passwords with some not allowing a change of destination drive and some not allowing registration with given codes. As it stands the Audiobox works but the Studio one suite has been a nightmare. Wish I hadn't bought the item now.
