My husband and I began drinking saffron tea in the fall to help provide both of us with a boost in eye health. This saffron is of very high quality - all red stigmas, arrives in beautiful packaging, and is very aromatic. We believe that our visual acuity is much improved and we have grown to simply enjoy the taste of the steeped stigmas in hot water. A few stigmas go a long way. This is my third order of this particular saffron from this same company.Many thanks for offering a product that is "as billed".

My saffron arrived beautifully packaged and is very high quality. I have used it to make some saffron bread for a church bake sale. It turned out beautiful and people raved about the flavor. I am very pleased with this product.

I was always wondering if saffron is really a great spice. So many superlatives, so much sighing about it. Had my doubts since I have never cooked with saffron. Even my first attempt made me exclaim -- what is the big deal. Apparently I have used too little of the stuff (not knowing how to quantify, but the second time I got it right.This is really high quality stuff and I now realize how powerful it can be if used right.Best rice I have ever had!

Fragrant and wonderfully packaged to preserve flavor and freshness! I received my first order of Zaran Saffron and it's breathtaking. So beautifully packaged with a snug box and magnetic clasp. The gorgeous jar holding my saffron cannot fall out of a cabinet! The jar is heavy enough to rest comfortably in my hand without a fumble. I know I won't bobble it while trying to add saffron into the entree. Zaran saffron is fresh, fragrant and deliciously intoxicating.

Arrived promptly. Nice red color and beautifully packaged. The reason I’m not given it more stars its because compared to other saffrons that I’ve tried it lacks in aroma and flavor. Had it been a little better quality it would’ve been steal for the price
