Great multi purpose product
Brilliant relief for my eye aches and headaches aswell as great to help cool down on the hot summer days

Well made and fit for purpose
Early days but seems great for swelling and general use. I did initially put in the freezer and wore the eye mask but it kind of gave me a headache because so cold ! Much better freezing and then storing in the fridge so always ready for use.

That it doesn’t leak
I bought this for friend as far as I no she really like it she said that it comes in nice package and it is easy too use and it works really good she use it every other day I think it was good value and make nice gift.

Good value for money
So I like this mask, however, it cannot be left in the fridge. Instead it has to go in fridge at least two hours prior to use which isn't ideal for me as my intended use was first thing in the morning. You can put it in the freezer for less time but I found it gets far too cold.If you aren't rushing about in the morning then I imagine it would meet your needs.Mask is comfortable and easy to clean. Individual eye patches are also good.

Item exactly as described and delivered quickly with no problems. I have used eye mask and pads. Very cooling in this hot weather.

Doesn’t sit on the under eye area
Really disappointed and can’t return. The shape of the mask means it doesn’t sit right on the nose and is lifted from sitting on the under eye area which is the whole reason I bought it.Nowhere to slot the round pads in the mask so you have to balance those on your eyes and put the rest of the mask on blind.I wanted the mask to use without the eye pads as I didn’t want to squash my eyelashes but that’s the only way to make the mask sit on the under eye.
