AMD Ryzen sets 5 4600G processor (integrated Radeon graphics, 6 cores/12 threads, 65W TDP, 11 MB cache, up to 4.2 GHz max. Boost, wraith stealth cooler)

2nd one of these I have purchased in recent months. Good performance for everyday tasks and not too shabby for light gaming. The 1st processor was bought for my daughter's pc as a starter system until she could afford to upgrade. Her PC has now been upgraded with a dedicated GPU. We paired the Ryzen 5 with a budget RX 6600 GPU and it is a surprisingly good all round pairing. The Ryzen 5 seems to be very well balanced in this system and she is able to play the latest games with higher settings and nice and smoothly.As these Ryzen processors are fairly low power drain, the included cooler copes well and you really don't need to spend a fortune upgrading your cooling system.

I am using this processor on a server I have made. It runs very fast and as it has onboard graphics I do not need to use a power hungry card.The whole server uses less than 100 watts including the monitor when its turned on.Wonderful 6 core processor. It is not a gaming processor however it can handle games like Hogwarts and StarFiel with 60 Fps, but you need to use a graphics card for those games. Still As a data processor its great.

Works perfect, had this for a while now and shows no signs of slowing down. Best price as it is brand new and cheaper than other places!!

It’s a good budget processor and works well got around 40fps 1080p high is gta v and 70fps in warthunder movie graphics the cooler is really the cou under load was about 50 degrees Celsius

Only gripe is it only supports a maximum of 3200Mhz memory - otherwise great

Very easy to install, and gives great performance. The graphics are more than adequate for genera use and is equally as good as the graphics card I was using before

This is a really cheap CPU, but is surprisingly capable of basic gaming with the integrated graphics. Varies by game, but roughly similar to a Steam Deck level of performance which is enough to play a lot of games and have a lot of fun without the expense of a more expensive CPU/GPU system. Doesn't even seem to run that hot.

I bought the 4600G to save money. The built-in cooler works great and the chip seems to run much cooler than the 3000 series I had in my last PC. The cooler is also way quieter than the past iteration. Installation is as simple as everything else in the AM platform. I've paired the 4600G with a 3060Ti and there's no obvious bottleneck in terms of speed. I will be replacing the chip at some point but for now it handles everything I throw at it.
