This is decent, but not as strong or fast-acting, IMO. I do like the applicator tip. It was easy to reach the area of my gumline just under my bottom denture plate.

I purchased this for my daughter who was having a really bad toothache, after I received it, she applied some of the cream, she said minutes later her mouth felt better. Great product when you have it.

Smaller tubes than what you buy in stores
I use this daily several times and have been using for about 6 months so I have bought many tubes in retail stores. I was unable to find in stores so ordered 3 tubes. Very disappointed in the size of these for the price. These tubes are MUCH smaller than what is sold retail. Would not order again.
