The media could not be loaded.  I received the box with dead cockroache I threw the disgusting creature away as I was so excited to left my lashes. all was good till I reached the fix lotion I hardly squeezed the sachet till I saw the weird texture and different colors of the product which used to be more bluish but now it’s greenish and it’s so hard to apply. I pressed the product with my bear hand to make it work and waited for more than 30 min to see any results but no lashes were lifted although this is not my first box and I’ve lifted my lashes for more than 2 years but this one is crap and I want a refund and replacement

One box of the fixing lotion was faulty in my order. The product was dry, yellow and bitty. As you can see from the photo we opened a number of the individually wrapped packets hoping that it was just one but all the packets in the box were unusable. This was totally unacceptable when treating a client as I wasn't able to continue the treatment and the client left unhappy. There is no expiry date on any of the boxes or the individual packets so I'm not sure whats gone wrong but I am not happy. I would like to request a refund and the option for this has disappeared from my account. Can someone from your customer service team please get in touch with me.Much appreciated.

The lift lotion is thick & the fixing lotion is dry bitty like magic sand consistency & looks out of date. It is not lifting my clients lashes. Very disappointed in this product

brilliant result EVERY time, my ladies LOVE it! would be good if we could buy the 3 sets of sachets on their own though, but wow! really easy to use...
