I have used the hat for 4 months now in conjunction with a small dose of Finasteride every other day and for much of my happiness, my hair has grown back in most of the areas plus is made my overall hair grow stronger and darker. Great design and well made. Happy with my purchase.

I have seen zero changes in my hair. The cap doesn't fit very well on me. Its interior hard. I mean like ROCK hard. It's rather uncomfortable and poorly made. It kinda feels like an overpriced baseball cap. You can remove the interior portion, but that doesn't solve the comfort issue. It also doesn't have a timer, so you don't really know how much time is left in each treatment and there is no display to show you. It's an issue because sometimes I would go use it just to find that it's out of battery and needs to be charged. Overall I did not have a good experience with this cap. If youre reading this, don't waste your time and money. This cap has done nothing for me. Feels like a waste of money & time. I plan to return for a refund.

Cuando lo compre la forma de usarlo no corresponde con lo descrito, llame y me dijeron que el que me mandaron es la versión moderna, son 5 minutos todos los días en vez de 20 minutos cada dos días. De momento bien aunque los resultados hay que verlos en unos meses...

since I haven't even used the device yet. I'm still charging it for its first use. But it seems that I was sent one of the old hard-helmet versions that they were supposed to have discontinued several weeks ago and replaced with a flexible one. As it is, it barely fits atop my head (almost wobbles unless I push it down) and I hope that the sensors don't think it's detached when I try it in the morning. I've learned that it's supposed to fit a 22-inch head, which is barely at the upper end of "small" by most measurement scales. I wear a 7-3/8 hat (23 inches), and many, many more people wear larger sizes. I'm well aware of the fact that I'm chancing it and that it might not work for me anyway, regardless of size. $799 isn't going to put me into bankruptcy. However, I'm not confident so far, and for something that I'm chancing in the first place, I'm not willing to spend more on one of their higher-end models just to get the option of a larger size. I hope that I'm proven wrong, and that I don't have to exercise my escape clause after six months.

no results after 3 months daily use. This company will not help you unless you are registered and under warranty, so after a year you're on your own. I'll keep using it since it's so expensive, but no results so far
