Solid, chain could be better but works well.
Good product works well does exactly what you need it to. Only downside is the plastic chain but, if a link breaks it can be removed so can see it being used for many years to come.

Very Good
I recommend the product. Easy to install, no second person assistance is required. I did a test on one hook after mounting whether it will break off. I hung my weight and nothing happened. Tearz, I have a guarantee that 4 rolls of paper 2.75 / 11 meters in total weigh less than I do. I know it won't come off the wall.The system is to develop plastic but does the job.

very good product
everything is quality the plastic chain is thick and the brackets are tough as old boot the plastic and nylon on the roller mechanism is sound love this for my new home studio

Overall good but the plastic chains are far too weak
Overall good but the plastic chains are far too weak. I've had them snap under normal use and the links snap when you try to rejoin them so I'm not using the chains at all now. There are metal chains available if you need chains but they're pretty expensive.

Very decent for the money
I got this for my small home studio and it has so far not disappointed, it was easy to set up and has been holding up alright, good purchase.

Not recommended
The media could not be loaded. So, I really recommend you to buy a metal one not plastic! It's breaking all the time. I need to be very careful when working with it.
