This device is simple to use, simple to navigate the various settings, and has saved me so much time and backaches. The only issue I have is opening the manual to get to the QR codes to adjust the settings is a pain, especially if you need to be changing settings regularly, but that is just me nit-picking. This is a great scanner!

Work great and doesn't take up much room in my backpack. This has saved me so much data entry on our software startups.

The product won't sync well and when it does it drops connection. The charging port is the old micro usb ( The oldest Model Port). Overall it looks compact. If those 2 issues are resolved and maybe the charging port to use USB-C I would say it's a good handy product. Possibly they sent me the defective item. The seller has reached me to send me a replacement. I will update this review once I get the NEW replacement.UPDATE:Seller has reached out to me and provided me with a courtesy device. I've tested the new one and have t had any issue since. The updated model also has USB-C Charpprt.

Looks easy to set up. But depending on speed and shut down time will affect the battery life. I finally set mine for 2minutes and it has good battery life 20-30% a day and I use it most of my 10-12 hour day. Battery life has to be scanned to read. Doesn’t update with connection on my laptop -chrome book

Worked great out of the box when I first received it. Quit working on day 12. Blue lights stay lit all the time, and will not scan or respond at all. This is the second time this has happened with this product. I had received a replacement for the first unit I received, and the second unit has the exact same issue. Disappointing since when it worked it was great, small form factor, great range, but unreliable. Should have just forked out the extra money and purchased an opticon in the first place.

The scanner works great, no issues at all.Just charge it plug in the blue tooth receiver and your good to go.

I purchased this scanner to test for working with a provider's tablet. The scanner is nice and seems of decent quality. I reached out to support for a PDF version of the owner's manual and they responded the next day with a link as well as the manual attached to the email. The one downside I found is that it seems like you have to wait for it to power off automatically rather than being able to turn it off by pressing a holding a button. I configured the scanner to output like our big scanners and it worked great. I sent it to the provider to test and it would not scan the barcodes on the patient wristbands. I reached out to support again about it not scanning Aztec Barcodes. I then read in the manual that they are supported so not sure why it would not scan them. The next day support replied with a QR Code to scan to enable Aztec barcodes and now it works great. We have only had the scanner for a few days but are very impressed with the product support so far. Highly recommend this scanner/brand.
