Really happy with my purchase. Using the cold packs from the freezer to ease pain from an abscess on my jaw. Bigger than I thought but that is my fault for not checking measurements, and will provide more handy in future for a wider range of uses. Stays cold for a good time, (using them for 10 minute intervals and stays nice and cold the whole time) and once back in the freezer gets cold again quickly too, so alternating between them is working great. The velcro is strong and the strap has a nice amount of stretch. Instructions written straight onto the packs is really helpful. Haven't used them as warm packs yet so can't review that.

I bought these for my knee and elbow, perfect size for both and bendable when frozen. The pocket and strap helps keep it in place even though I’d prefer the pocket to be a bit bigger for a better fit of the ice pack and a little thicker as it’s too close to the skin and therefore too icy right on the skin.

Brilliant size and holds the cold well. Ease of use? Used for my hamstring and it was comfortable to place under my leg and great for the pain relief. Easy to fold in half.Easy to freeze and doesn’t take too long. The stitching is of good quality. Stability? Only thing i note is the material is a bit more rigid than others i’ve had and I’m noticing wear in places from when it is folded although i would imagine it will likely last the life of the product without leak. Its size although great and perfect for my needs is too big to fit in British upright freezers workout folding.

Really effective - hold in place well (in my case, around the knee) and adjustable for compression. Stay cold for much longer than any other ice pack or cryo cuff product I’ve tried. .

Excellent product especially great for my knee injury. Very well made and two pouches for freezer or heat. Nice colour and doesn’t look medical more attractive than usual knee straps. Feel nice on and not scratchy.

The idea of this item is great, purchased to assist with swelling after a knee op, and was put in the freezer, the cover is good and helps keep it attached but sadly one of the bags broke within 3 weeks of using it.

I am with skyrocketing happiness . This is so pretty and stay with the injured position : this works for my wrest, hip , knee and more ! The magic tape works very well. I can move around . Super easy to use this . You will get one blue and one pink gel pack . When delivered they were already cold so I had tried it on in several places. Omg ! My back loves this !! ( NB : I have slim wastes and just ok to use this for the right above my hip so if you are not , you might need another version targeted on hip ) I had a doubt of cold therapy for pain relief for arthritis or backaches but actually I am convinced as effective ! I have my knee and back pains at the moment but this works for both areas for me . I used to suffer my wrest injury and I wish I had this at that time ! Any light sports injuries are no longer my fears ! My dream is to design a hospital and donate it for everyone use with extreme comforts for patients ( I didn’t become a doctor but I am still not giving up ) . This product is very close to my ideal design : uplifting ladies as super cute to boost your immune systems , sporty and active, and easy to use . I wish more products are produced like this one ! Medical products do not need to be ugly nor depressing like my childhood . You get injured because of your efforts and trials , you should never by punished by your courages ! Equally getting old should not be daunting. Definitely recommend this ! The back of pack looks slightly weak , wear and tear might be happening by time but that is only downside. The tape is wide and strong hold but if you put neatly it is very beautiful on slim areas like wrest and knees ! Hot therapy is obviously a dream of everyone with an easy microwave oven in the cold uk . Thank you !

I like the size and it’s made of very good quality. But some disadvantages are, I wish it had some stitches in the middle because jel moves and accumulates in one place easily. Another disadvantage is that it gets warm very quickly.If you use it frequently then you should buy two ideally so you can use it in turns.I am using it for extreme neuropathic pain in my both feet. The cool feeling helps me specifically at night.
