I usually have a cup of tea in my hands at all times, and was excited to see that there was a "morning caffeinated" option that could help me get though my day, and was not a black tea. The citrusy blend actually tastes like sunshine in a cup and is so enjoyable to sip while I get my hardest tasks done every morning at work. The caffeine does not leave me nervous or jittery at all, and I'm not hungry for a few hours after drinking it.My method of making this tea, is to pop a bag in a tea tumbler (about 18 oz) and steep for about 6-8 minutes. Then, I toss the teabag, and seal the tumbler, taking it to work with me. The tea is so flavorful, even when being steeped in more water than the directions call for. By the time I get to work it's still piping hot and I can sip it at a comfortable temperature for a little over an hour. Hey Girl Energize has greatly improved the start of my day.

I bought Metabolism Booster Tea 1 pack before and it was really good at keeping me awake so I decided to purchase 2-pack. Disappointingly, I am still sleepy after having the tea, even I prolonged the steeping time. Maybe tolerance has built up.
