Q: Does this come with warranty and if yes what is the warranty term?

You need to e/m the specific Co you wish to Purch from as it varies. BT do not guarantee any of their items themselves, but the Sel,ler has to process a period of time for you in case defective in manufacture (that is by law). If under 30 days, you can return if faulty or not, just needs to be complete as new. Generally easy to return a faulty item if under 6 months for a free repair/replacement (Co has to inform you if not defective. But do not return damaged items as they are not covered). If over 6 months by law, you have to prove faulty in manufacture. However, most Co's will check and if not working repair/replace for 12 months.

Q: Will this work with the BT Advanced Z twin?

It appears to work with all BT phones which allow additional handsets but not all features work such as setting the time but the handset rings, volume can be adjusted etc
