99% Pure Ginger Juice by The Ginger People – Digestive Health, Premium Quality, 32 Fl Oz Bottles (Pack of 12)

This ginger juice has been quite a surprise for us, and stands out as a nutritious and delicious addition to our diet. It is used in smoothies every day and added two of my lemon water, which contains honey as well, very delicious. It’s great in salads, sauté, soups, and tea. It has very long shelf life in the refrigerator and can be frozen in the cubes and containers. We will be trying out the powdered ginger which we understand is much higher in nutrients, but the juice will always be part of our pantry.

Seems to be very pure and strong (in a good way). Ginger is very good for fighting inflammation and I try to get a little of this each day. It’s too strong by itself for most people. I mix mine with another low calorie all natural juice. This is extremely convenient compared to peeling the root and using it like that.

Not for the faint of heart or for the casual juice drinker, this ginger juice just might replace my morning coffee. I don't recommend drinking it straight, however. Its potency requires a little extra water. But it's great for mixes, smoothies and those who are interested in keeping their immune and gastric systems in check. I like to combine it with organic apple cider vinegar and organic lemon juice. I use a 1/3-ratio for each in a pitcher without watering it down. Then scoop out 1/4 cup of the mixture into a 16-oz bottle of water. Add a sweetner unless you like it extra tart.

Most people know the benefits of a ginger shot, so I'm not going to repeat what allot of reviews have already said, but I will leave a precautionary warning: don't drink this on an empty stomach.I did once, and it made me throw up within 10 mins. A few days later had my usual shot before bed on a (nearly) empty stomach, and it made me feel that queasy feeling you tend to get before vomiting, but I quickly had a couple more bites and things calmed down. As I do have a bit of an ongoing issue with the entirety of my digestive system, (part of why I started taking ginger shots before bed) it could be just me, but throwing this warning out there in case I can spare anybody else the unpleasant consequences of having this w/o food being in your belly.And the taste/strength is quite strong, so for those of you who aren't used to the taste of ginger, it's prob a good idea to dilute it a bit until you can drink it straight.

I chose this ginger juice because it has no unwanted additives. It tastes fresh and it's quite strong. I use it in cold beverages, dressings for fruit salad, meat and seafood marinades. I will purchase again!

STRONG! Nice, clean ginger flavor, can be diluted a lot. Lasts in the fridge for months. There is pulp in the bottle - you might want to decant the juice to avoid the glop, but it isn't really needed.Makes the best ginger ale I've ever had. One of the better companies to do business with too, or so I'm told. All their stuff is good.

This is really good, but very strong so a little goes a long way.
