Great coffee hot and fast
I had the Maschine for 3 days now , we are big coffee drinkers in our house and have been looking for a full automatic Maschine for a while now , we had a few Maschine before this one like dolce gusto , nesspresso , and a few other ones . I am positive surprise with this Maschine it makes a great hot coffee , easy to use , the size is not to big , it’s exactly what i expect for the value for money and with the fresh beans ( we use Costa ) the taste is just like in a coffee shop . Personally after reading some reviews, I don’t find that the Maschine needs empty to much we do it 1/2 times a day but the Maschine is running at least 15-20 times so for that I don’t find that much , plus I find it good as I know it gets cleaned . The only thing I would maybe change is a bigger water and milk tank .Only negative I have really is , that for a high value price Maschine like this I found it a little disappointing that there was no starter kit with it , with a water filter and cleaner , I would have expected that and thankfully I did buy some straight away or I wouldn’t been able to use Maschine straight away . Love that finally u got a proper milk frothing on the milky drink

Good for the price
Very nice coffee machine. I own several others before (Vero barista 600, Sage, and some more) and I would say this is one of the best for the buck.

Nice Bean To Cup Coffee Machine But With A Major Flaw
UPDATE - SIEMENS RESPONSEOk, so if you read the review below first. This is the follow-up as a result of Siemens reaching out to me:Following a chat with Siemens customer service, it has now been established that the coffee's cool temperature (even when set to the highest temperature setting) is by design, as Siemens made it to be drunk immediately. They said it is specifically meant to be cooler than pod machines and for immediate consumption, and there are no plans to change this.Regarding the beans running out and not being able to resume coffee production (thus wasting all the milk already in the cup)...Siemens acknowledged this issue, but there is no way to change it. It's doubtful this will be fixed in the existing machines.I have the Home Connect version of the machine, which means it has app capabilities. The firmware could theoretically be updated this way, but I get the impression that it will be a future model implementation (if at all).REMIDY!In my research about coffee heat issues, I discovered the ideal solution. On Amazon, if you search for "glass vacuum coffee cup" then this style of coffee cup is exactly what you need to magically keep the coffee hot enough to drink for some time after dispensing it.It won't magically make it hotter, but it does a fantastic job of keeping the drink at the dispensed temperature for some time.I hope this helps, and if it does, please give this review a like/thumbs up.Thanks-------------------------------------REVIEWOkay, so I've had this machine for a few weeks now, and we have used pods for many years. The main factors for moving to a bean-to-cup machine were the cost savings and the reduced environmental impact of not using pods.My first impression is that it takes about 20 minutes to set up. You need to wash parts and prep the water filter after testing the water hardness with the included kit. Once all of this is done, you can then run through the pretty easy one-time setup menu on the screen. If you have the home connect, as this model does, you can connect directly to the coffee machine on its own SSID. After you share your Wi-Fi info with it, you can jump back onto your own Wi-Fi to connect to it from that point forward. The menu is pretty in-depth, with abilities to tune options like power saving, coffee strength, cup warmer, etc. It's a nice set of functions, and I especially like the number of different cup sizes you can select, so you always know it will be a full cup no matter what size you use.If you want to make hot chocolate, then there is a function for just hot water as well as just milk frothing, so the kids love that.It comes with a default cleaning mode after being powered on or coming out of standby. This involves pumping water through the machine and depositing it into the drip tray. It's easy to empty the drip tray by opening the front and sliding it out. The drip tray also includes the coffee bean refuse cup, so both can be done at the same time. Every part is easily accessible and so easy to clean. If you have set up the app to connect to the machine, any notices on the display will also pop up on your phone, such as the front door being open or the drip tray needing to be emptied. It's all very intuitive and user-friendly.The coffee produced is of good quality. We tried several different beans, and they all tasted good. The additional feature I like is that you can produce two cups at the same time. All the functions, like cup quantity, size, etc., have their own dedicated buttons on the top, so you don't have to hunt through menus for the most used functions.I haven't used it, but you can also start your coffee production from the app. So, if you are in bed and leave cups in the right place on the drip tray the night before, you can have a nice cup of coffee waiting for you. The only precursor to this is that you need to make sure you have switched off the clean function, or you will get a quarter of a cup of machine-clean water in the bottom of your mug before it produces the coffee. All of this is great and pretty impressive, but there are two major issues:1. The coffee is not hot!My other half loves really hot coffee, and I just go with default out of our pod machine. This does not provide either.I saw other reviews mentioning this and breezed over their observations, stating that the coffee was not piping hot, but it was not even hot. With the pod machine, I'd generally leave my drink for five or so minutes before drinking it. You know... enough time to go to the loo or take a phone call, etc. If you do that with this machine, you will have lukewarm coffee. You need to drink your coffee straight away! There is a cup warmer on top of the machine which is a metal plate you can switch on in the menu. The issue with the cup warmer is:A) You would need to leave your cup on there for some time, so there is no bringing your cup from your desk to refill straight away, as it would need a significant amount of time on the warmer.B) The cup warmer doesn't warm cups effectively. You can place your hand on it and there would be absolutely no chance of getting a burnt or even warm hand (I've tried it!).Yes, the machine has temperature settings, but even on the hottest setting, the produced coffee is still lukewarm. Siemens is a solid brand, and I simply cannot understand how they would produce and sell a machine that makes coffee at this low temperature.2. The coffee bean issue. If the machine runs out of beans during preparation—particularly when making a latte—it only notifies you to refill the beans after it has already dispensed the milk into the cup. However, once the beans have been refilled, it does not resume the preparation process to complete the cup of coffee. This results in a cup of wasted milk, as the machine doesn't add the coffee afterward. It's incredibly frustrating and wasteful. Surely, it should detect that beans are low before starting the process or pause and resume where it left off after refilling.Final thoughts:As much as I like everything else about this machine (and I got it at an excellent price in the sale), I am returning it to find another with the same functionality but one that produces coffee with decent heat and doesn't waste ingredients.I really wanted to love this machine, but these issues are deal breakers.

Great coffee, I love it.
The media could not be loaded. Is my first coffee machine and I love it.But, the inside tray needs emptying quite often. I don't know if there is a problem with mine. I use empty cup under the disperser but I noticed that is dripping inside, sometimes even when is off. All that water from the video is only after 3 drinks. And the bin for the coffee grounds could have been a bit larger. Sometimes it falls on the side of it.

Excellent coffee machine
Selection of coffees at your fingertips. Delivers coffee art a great temperature. Removable milk container allows milk to be stored in fridge and remain fresh. Delivers hot water too and frothy milk selector too have used these to make hot chocolate, cocoa and ovaltine drinks with excellent results. Great all rounder.

Great coffee machines with plenty of options
Great machine with plenty of options for different coffee i.e. Latte, Expresso etc. Easy to clean and I love the milk container which attaches to the side of the machine so you can remove it and put it in the fridge after you have made a drink. It's also very easy to clean which is a bonus, the only negative I can think of is even with the max setting for heat it's not exactly the hottest drink ever but i just put it in the microwave to warm it up. Overall very happy with this.

Water not hot enough
I had a Smeg bean to cup before and when I decided to get a machine which had an easier milk process I thought it would be all good. Quality of the coffee and choice was fantastic but unfortunately the water doesn’t get hot enough to dispense a decent temperature for my coffee drinks. In the 20 minutes journey to work in a thermal cup it was cold. Even when it was made it was only like warm and that was with the temperature setting at the highest. As I say quality of the machine was brilliant but not hot enough!
