Ankle strengthening, low profile so tucks away.
I have this for ordered PT, works great. I balance on in at 2 minute intervals through other day. It’s small enough that I can leave it on the floor and push it out of the way when I’m not doing daily exercises. Sturdy, useful.

Not for the very weak but great exercise tool for ankle mobility and balance.
I think this can be a great product for ankle mobility improvement. I would not recommend to for those who have very weak mobility and/or elderly, as I believe one can easily suffer an accident with poor coordination. Overall, with practice, this product can help.

Happy with my purchase
This item is exactly as you would expect. The design and function is simple but effective to improve ankle function and strength. Its very easy to assemble and use, and is also durable. I chose it because it was one of the more reasonably priced versions, and I'm happy with this item, and have started using it with my clients.

This product worked just as well as the hundred dollar version at a fraction of the price, you just have to know what you’re doing when you get it

Much harder than you think - great add to my daily routine
Saw this device on Peter Atia’s podcast and wanted to try it. Not the same brand but the same design. I’ve been doing everyday for a couple weeks and my balance is definitely getting better. We’ve started a competition among the family to see who can balance the longest. Defiantly works your core all the way up to your hips. Recommended.

Not bad.
It is supposed to help strengthen the ankle and foot. I have played around with it a little bit. I think if I do it more consistently perhaps it will do some strengthening. I'm not crazy about it but I had heard about it on the Peter Attia podcast and thought I'd give it a try.
