Sof Sole Men's Airr Orthotic Support Full-Length Insole, Green, 9-10.5

Q: I am 10.5 and do feel the gap in my toes with the 9.5 to 10.5. did you ever cut the 11 to 12.5 down to 10.5? Is easy to mess up trimming?

I must have gotten the wrong pair because I ordered these, and they have the same name as the ones I like but a different color. These are green the ones I like are blue and orange and black. If it was actually a little slimmer than the other parent, and I found they were very very uncomfortable. I ended up getting the right pair but Amazon won’t let you return these for some reason so I lost about $60 because I bought two pairs.

Q: Are these for medium-med-low arches? dont need hard intrusive support like a ball is under my foot?

I have flat feet, so they give me a high arch support. It took a few days to get used to but I am very happy with this product.

Q: Is the black model different than the green model. I have the green one and i feel like it is a bit smaller than the black model

I do not know. The black is thicker than a blue one I have had.
