This product is best because it has zero caffeine. There is zero cacao, chocolate, coffee, or tea/tea extract/green tea. I always try to avoid caffeine for various reasons, but there is are limited caffeine-free products on the market. This product is great. I Love it. I have bought it several times in stores over the past few years. I find that it has the best flavor if you use 8 oz liquid, with some of the liquid from an oat/almond/coconut milk. For example, I typically use 4 oz boiling water combined with 4oz Oatly low-fat oat milk (oat milk can be warmed or heated). Then I use a milk frother to stir in the contents of packet. If you don’t use an frother, the product clumps up and does not mix well or disperse. Preparing it like this hits the spot every time!

Not good. Tasted watered down. I ended up putting the packs in my dead flowers and the next day they had blooms. I will not buy to drink again but I will buy for gardening :)

I read a lot of reviews that said they hated the taste of the Chai Latte but I've been enjoying it for several months since I stopped drinking coffee. For me, the trick is not to put too much hot water. I put about 4 ounces of water and then mix in almond or coconut milk and add more cinnamon. No, it's not like a latte at Starbucks, but it's much healthier and less money!

I wanted this to be good but it TASTES EXACTLY LIKE SOAP. It’s almost unbearable. I thought it was just one packet that was off, so I tried another the next day and the next day. Had to throw it in the trash. What a bummer.

It's ok. I'm using it. However, very expensive for what it is. A few packets of tea. The taste is ok, not really delicious though. Spurged on buying it, but probably won't buy again unless there's a deep sale price.

I'm a first timer with Four Sigmatic products and a first timer for anything mushroom related.I haven't tried this yet. It just arrived. I can't wait to try it out.I purchased it because of the benefits.
