Q: Does it have an external speaker or just headphones?

You can add external speakers by using the mini Jack for audio out port. I used a single male stereo minijack with “Y” male extensions for a small set of speakers. (see Amazon’s variety of minijack outlets) or use a stereo minijack male with “Y” extension with RCA stereo output jacks. Just plug that into an sound system amplifier with RCA inputs and your Wonnie will play to a small crowd.

Q: Can you use the remote control from the front seat?

Yes, but it's NOT easy. If you have the unit hanging in the provided headrest holder, AIM the remote at the TOP edge of the player (not the screen) - the remote should be pointing towards the floor. If you are driving and the player is mounted behind your seat you can use an over the shoulder move to use the remote but it can be frustrating. Otherwise a great product. Hope this helps.

Q: Does this portable dvd player have bluetooth? can i use my airpods with it?

No. Has a headphone jack but not bluetooth.

Q: Can you use with bluetooth headphones?

absolutely but it can sometimes be a little slow to connect
