Ego Power lithium-ion battery, 56 V, 7.5 Ah, BA4200E

Mower complete with 7.5Ah battery purchased in 2015. Have used the same battery for Strimmer and hedge cutter.9 years on, no noticeable drops in performance, I can still cut the grass in on one charge.

Ego products are made to last and last, i have a few ego products that I use with this battery and the run time depending on the appliance is no shorter than about 40 minutes of constant use and can be up to 1hr and a half with the ego hedge trimmer. The battery is supper quick at charging even from completely empty and can be left for months of non use and you will still have about a 90% charge. The battery may be a little heavy for some people but i have had no issues with it, i have a smaller capacity ego battery that i have been using fairly constantly( charging about 3 times a day) for about 5yrs and it is only now not holding as much charge. Ego are not the cheapest but i would certainly recommend them as being of almost industrial quality.

This is exactly what is needed, a more powerful nad longer lasting battery.

A great battery, a bit weighty, but great for Strimming.

I purchased a 7.5Ah in late 2016 and it has degraded to the point that I now only get 15 minutes use out of it before it's discharged. The battery hasn't had an especially hard life so I'm very disappointed that it's only been good for 3 lawn cutting seasons.
