First off, all of these 1 star reviews with pictures...completely misleading. Half of them don't have the ball inflated all the way, the other half put the back rest on backwards! lol YOU HAVE TO AIR THE BALL UP SLOWLY.Once it's at room temp, stretch the ball material away, so the sides aren't sticking together. Inflate as much as it will go, YES IT WILL LOOK SMALL! Wait about 24 hours, release about 50% of the air, and refill again. This time you'll notice that it's gotten a lot bigger. If it still doesn't fit like the photos show, make sure your back rest is facing the right way. This material can take a while to stretch out.Even if you choose to not read the instructions, the assembly is incredibly easy. At first, I was afraid that it would be too low, however if you follow the instructions on properly inflating the ball, it's actually at a perfect height for my desk. Im 5'4"When seated, whether I'm more toward the front or up against the backrest, I immediately notice a difference in my posture. I have had an out-of-place SI joint and constant spine problems for years now. If you sit at a desk all day, this really helps to alleviate any pressure on your sacroiliac joints, along with the sacrum itself.

The chair lasted less than a month before a hole developed. The ball support rubbed up against the ball enough that you can see wear marks and eventually a hole was created. See picture attached. Do not waste your money

So happy with this chair. I have had back problems/herniated discs for years. Because of this I’ve always hated standard office chairs. This chair has made it much easier to work at my computer for longer periods of time. Very comfy! I also read in many other reviews that people found the ball on the low side. I didn’t find this. It is the perfect height paired with my standard Ikea desk.

I ordered the Forest color, not realizing that the hard plastic parts are brown. On all the other colors, the plastic is black... and in the Forest product photos, the brown appears so dark that it looks black. I see now why this color was cheaper, and wish I had spent $10 more for a different one, but I wasn't about to lug this back to the post office for a return.However, I just got the chair all set up, and the color is my only complaint. I'm a very fidgety person and I'm already really enjoying bouncing around and being able to move my lower back while I'm sitting. I saw previous reviews where purchasers complained that the chair back is useless - that's because they put it on backwards! The part is shaped so that it curves around the back of the yoga ball and comes forward again. If you put it on the wrong way around, it'll end up being way too far back to lean against. The chair back is definitely comfy to use when you need a break from bouncing.Set up was easy as pie. It comes with a pump and a wrench so no additional tools are necessary. The part that took the longest was blowing up the yoga ball, but the pump helped a lot.

I purchased this item because we have extremely unlevel floors at work which cause hip and back problems for many. I figured this would be ideal because it is a round surface and no matter the level of a floor you will always sit on top of a sphere and the floor should have no effect. That being said, with my typical desk chair I don't sit back in it but on the edge. My tail bone does not make contact with my typical desk chair. With the ball chair, because it is soft my tail bone makes contact. I have found that this causes pain to my tail bone area. Also because it's a plastic surface it does not breathe like a cloth chair would and causes sweaty discomfort.

Al principio es raro usarla y puede ser incómoda, pero con el paso de los días es de gran ayuda para el dolor de espalda. De hecho en mi oficina antes de burlaban de mi silla y ahora todos quieren sentarse en ella. La recomiendo muchísimo. Sigan las instrucciones de como se infla y sean pacientes, tarda unos dos o tres días en quedar a la altura necesaria en lo que el material da de si.

I am adaptable and have no issue sitting in low chairs. I wanted a versatile chair, I enjoy that I have a workout ball and chair that fits beautifully at my vanity table!I understand the feedback of those who were not compatible with this design, for those people maybe in future this company will create a chair with a bigger ball and higher for those with longer legs etc.I myself had only one issue and they resolved it promptly. I initially wanted an all black chair, it was not available, I chose the purple ball to compensate. I later ordered another chair for my sister in black as it was available. I requested to return the purple and wanted to purchase another black. Instead of that mix up, the company offered to mail me an exchange without me having to buy a 3rd chair. I returned the purple to them and happily kept the black ball.*Hint, if this happens to you I would advise do not assemble the new chair when it arrives, simply exchange the ball as that was my issue. I say this to avoid contaminating anything unnecessarily as most of the parts arrive in sealed plastic bags.Lastly I intend my chair has a long life with me as I did read that some had parts break on them, and should that happen I will return here and update my experience.

This chair is great! I am a bookkeeper so my whole day is sitting at a desk. When I worked from an office they had horrible chairs that offered no support and my back/ posture was horrible. I got a job where I can work from home and I got to choose my own chair for once! This is the one I chose and it is so comfortable. I take a yoga break halfway through the day but I notice my legs and core are always engaged when I am using this chair and my back pain is gone.Great if you suffer from back pain and have to sit all day long!

Great chair, it is super comfortable and it really helps my posture. I work from home at least twice a week and this was a great alternative to the adjustable (standing/sitting) desks at the office. I can't stay in one position for hours and hours so when working from home I try to alternate chairs, stand and stretch every hour or so and other activities to get my circulation going like going to the bathroom upstairs instead of the one next to my home office.I did not give it 5 stars because of the fact that it is very difficult to measure the ball's size. When using the stability ball for yoga/workout it is okay if it does not measure exactly 55 cm but I have noticed that when using it for the chair, it has to be well inflated but not too much!! How am I going to make sure it is properly inflated? It would be nice to have a gauge, or at least a strand of yarn or ribbon to measure the ball. I had to come up with my own measurement system and it uses time that I usually don't have.

Brought this to my office, since sitting at a computer chair all day (even though I take waking breaks) takes it toll on my back and hips. I love how I can sit in it different ways depending on what I’m looking for in comfort. I also fidget a lot and this makes my fidgeting look purposeful haha. The only issue I have is that the roller snaps engage at time and I try to scoot the chair and make a loud grating noise. Aside from that I have had no issues with this chair. People notice it whenever they walk in and ask about it. I’m more than happy to sing it’s praises!

This chair is much small than that photo/as described. In the photo the ball is touching the metal bar in front...in reality I can fit my arm or foot in the gap between the bar and ball. The ball is half the size of a normal ball. The chair sits so low that my knees are underneath my current office chair. I can use my current office chair as a table...... So as you can imagine my desk is way too high. Also it does not slide well on the floor it feel like the wheel are in lock position when they aren't. I'm 5'4 I'm not a a huge person. It's a very small chair. would be good for a child or small person. Don't waste your money. I would send it back if I could get it all back in the box.

The plastic frame for the chair is this disgusting shade of brown, and it feels like the same material you'd make playground toys out of. When I lean slightly on the chair-back, I can feel it give slightly even though I've installed it perfectly (you literally just shove it into the slot)The ball itself doesn't seem to keep air in very well; I've had the chair for less than a month and I feel I already need to reinflate it.The chair itself is alright, it's reasonably comfy but sitting on it in warm weather is a horrible idea, since you will sweat your literal *ss off since the material of the ball is this unbreathable rubber.The wheels also look like they would scratch wood, so I replaced them

Had this chair for a while to help with my pain in the hips - have to admit it is working now but took some time to get used to balancing on a ball. Very easy to put together and it seems to be holding up well for now. The frame can get scratched up easily (does not affect the actual usage of it) so you do need to take care when moving around.

Item arrived early! Assembly was quick and easy, and did not require any extra tools. The chair is comfortable and suits my desk height well, although my desk is a bit low (67 cm high). Chair also comes with instructions on different exercises you could do at your desk.

Takes some time to get used to it but definitely worth it. Wheels are a little bit annoying, I am thinking about removing them. If you put them on, make sure you put the 2 ones with the break/lock on the back, or you will keep switching the lock on with your feet. Would had like to have clear instruction regarding max pressure to inflate instead of the ball size.Also bought one for my daughter because she likes it so much. She got the DVD, but I didn't, don't know why, maybe different reference / seller ... no big deal anyway.
