RUSKIN BOND CHILDREN'S OMNIBUS VOL.1

Bought for my daughter (who gave it 4.5 stars), but as usual I read it too. It gives delicately drawn pictures of life, without much ornamentation. Consequently it is a bit slow in parts for me, (and my daughter thinks so too!). Or I could say that we liked some of the stories better than the others. Nevertheless a good introduction for children. My estimate is that it is suitable for children ages 9+ / 4th std & above, who have good reading skills.

A wholesome book to quench your appetite for good short stories. Ruskin Bond's short stories are a delight to read. The cover is perfect enough to arouse curiousity and imagination. It is durable, and the page 's quality is alright. I must say it is a good book.

This is the best story book for children. the language of the book is easy..the content is lucid and easy to understand...

In the description it is written 327 pages but I got 254 pages book ..such a cheat Rupa publication
