Alpine SWA-10S4 10" 750 Watts Peak / 250 Watts RMS 4-Ohm Bass Line Series Car Subwoofer

I have 2 powered by a Rockford Fosgate P300.2 Amp bridged with 300 RMS @ 4 Ohms and they sound incredible. They replaced 2 Rockford P1S4-10's and it is night and day. They hit hard and have amazing lows. I recommend doing a slight break-in procedure to ensure longevity and better sound quality for the lifetime of the speakers.

I have this installed in the back of a 2006 Honda CRV.Anyone else thinking to pick this up for their cross-over/SUV type vehicle should probably reconsider. The sub itself is fine, but it's not suitable for a larger vehicle. You won't be able to feel/hear the bass unless you really turn up the volume, gain(don't do this), or bass boost.As for anyone wondering, I have a Blade 1-1200d hooked up to this, all measured out using a Digital Multi Meter. I know that the amount of power I'm feeding to this is more than enough.As always, take a stranger's opinion with a grain of salt.

Started making loud buzzing sound when in use. Type s is still going.

Good punch but slow. Seems to struggle a ton with rock music. My rockford fosgate p1 handled my music better.

I LOVE bass and at first I was disappointed and then the amp I had went out and it caused me to get another amp and I got a better one and once I hooked up the better amp......this sub BANGS so my suggestion is just make sure you have an amp that can push this baby to its full potential!
