I recently purchased the Signature Design by Ashley Rokane 20” Dining Room Table Set with 6 upholstered chairs, and it has been a fantastic addition to my dining area. Pros:• Design: The table and chairs feature a rustic brown finish with a weathered charm, complemented by cream-colored cushions, adding a touch of elegance to my space.• Comfort: The chairs are upholstered in soft polyester, providing a comfortable seating experience for family meals and gatherings.• Size: The table dimensions (59.88”W x 36”D x 30”H) are perfect for my small dining area, comfortably seating six people without overwhelming the space. • Quality: The set is made of veneers, wood, and engineered wood, ensuring durability and a sturdy build. Cons:• Assembly: While the set is easy to assemble, it requires some time and effort.

Received in one box without any damage. Table is easy to assemble and chairs aren't hard to put together when you get in a groove. Took about 2.5-3 hours to build the table and all 6 chairs. Just get Allen wrench drill bits and make your life easier. Solid table. Good quality. Looks perfect in our home.

Read other FB reviews saying quality wasn't good. Could not disagree more. I was very surprised by the quality of the product. Very heavy, sturdy wood. Easy to put together (we are not very handy people and it was a breeze for us). Love the way it looks. Its comfortable. Very good quality in my opinion. Sometimes i see negative reviews and wonder if people are just trying to get money back, or if their expectations are too high for what they paid. Love My table and chairs. $700 is pretty cheap for a table and chair set, so my expectations were not too high, but this product far exceeded my expectations.

I have mixed feelings about this dining set. The price-to-quality ratio is very good, but there are three reasons why I couldn't recommend this furniture to people who don't have basic furniture assembly skills or manual dexterity.First, although the packaging is excellent, it does not come with instructions; I had to search for and download them from their website in PDF format and read them (by the way, they are very brief, not intuitive, and extremely concise).Second, in the final step (screwing in the chair seats), it turns out they don't have pre-drilled holes; I had to use my drill to accomplish this step, and not everyone will have a drill at home or know how to use it.Third and finally, 2 out of the 6 chairs ended up being uneven; the instructions do not specify how to correct this calibration issue in their manufacturing process, and it took me a lot of time and effort to identify the problem and learn how to fix it.I finished the assembly in about 4 hours, during which I considered packing everything back in the box and returning it.The final result was quite good, with adequate material quality, good presentation, and the right weight and size. I'm happy with the final outcome, but I couldn't recommend it, for example, to a family member or friend unless they are skilled in DIY.

Very nice table for the money, solid and quality wood, may need to "true up" the chairs with felt tabs as not 100% even. Just got, so no durability rating at this point, but looks good, pads are firm, but comfortable

Easy to assemble and it looks amazing in my dining room

We are a family of 6 and have a fairly small dining area in our new home. My primary reason for choosing this table was the price, the size, and the fact that it did NOT have grooves for crumbs to get stuck in. The price was great! The size was accurate and worked for the area. However, if you plan to seat 6 at this table, don't plan to have any room for additional items on the table. We ended up buying a buffet table to set nearby to place our serving dishes on. It feels like the size of a typical casual dining place. It's not cramped when everyone is at the table, but the surface space is limited. The height is good, and the build quality is good. My biggest issue, though, is the crease along the edge of the table. I never noticed the groove around the edge in the pictures shown. My teenage daughter put it together in about 2 hours.
