Suppresses appetite but be careful with dose.
As someone that routinely takes pre workout, energy drinks, coffee, ect; I took the recommended dose of 3 pills. About an hour later I could tell it was working as I was energetic and not hungry at all. However, I did feel nausea and stomach bloating. I will try later with one pill to see if it is a better beginner dose.
