1st one I ordered lasted 3 years of abuse and sitting out in the sun. Would have lasted longer if I had kept it inside. Held up very well in my opinion. Ordered another one to replace the last.

I think the thing I like most about this tool is how it enables me to reach all the high and low spots on my vehicles that would otherwise require me to climb a ladder or bend over a lot. It is light weight and telescopic, making it easy to use on both our cars and big Ram crew cab truck. It can even be used for cleaning hard to reach windows on the house. I can now wash a car in less than half the time it takes me to do it by hand. All that is important to a 72 year old who has better things to do than wash cars.

Product came in a small lightweight package, all of the pieces were there and intact. They don't include any instructions, but it was pretty easy to to piece together. I was a little confused on how the "mophead" was to fit over the plastic end piece, but figured it out after fooling with it a minute. It's a snug fit and has cord inside that you can tighten. I was a little worried it would slide off, but had no problem with it. It's pretty thick, and covers the plastic well so there is nothing exposed that will scratch your paint. I bought this to wash my 27' travel trailer and it did a great job. The mophead stayed on securely, and the shape allowed me to get into the recessed areas of the camper siding. It also did a great job on the windows. It was light enough, and my arms didn't fatigue, even with some scrubbing. I did find that the black cushiony piece on the handle slid up and down as I was washing, though not a big deal. There are 2 straps on the mophead, though I'm not sure what they're for. Maybe to use without the pole? I have a Jeep Gladiator, and my husband has a full size pick up that we will be using this on. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions weren't included, and the purpose for the straps I mentioned remains a mystery. Overall, I'd say it was a great value for the money, especially with the extra wash pad. It's pretty durable, and definitely made a big task easier. Sidenote: I love the bright green color! I'd definitely buy this again, or give as a gift.

Does anyone have customer service contact information? The string and lock came off one mitt on second use. Amazon will only return. I’m happy with the product I just want to get a mitt replaced.If replaced I would give a 5 star rating.

I have back issues and this car wash brush is a great help!!When I can’t go to the car wash do to stuff in the bed of the truck, this brush helps me clean my trucks with ease.Great tool to have. 🙌🏼👍🏼
