I love this supplement. It's easy to use and really helped clear up my B12 deficiency quickly. I couldn't figure out why I was so tired all the time and having little problems with my memory so often. When my test results indicated I had a B12 deficiency, I started this supplement and my fatigue and memory problems started clearing after about two weeks consistent use. The taste is good and evidently the actual ingredients are effective. I don't want to be without it.

This is my “ go to “ B-12 supplement. It’s a staple in my daily vitamin routine and gives me lil boost I need to get my day going.

I’ve never used the liquid sublingual before and I really like it. One less pill to take.It is red in color. Don’t get it on your clothes.
