Good product and price. Not sure if it was real effective for bruises although friends do recommend it for this.

Very good product, my doctor recommended this product ingredient for my arthritis, after just a few days of taking it I noticed less pain and inflammation in my small joints, like my fingers and toes. My training has afforded my a very good understanding of clinical pharmacology.I researched the living daylights out of bromelain before I purchased it. the peer-reviewed scientific journal articles provide ample evidence that bromelain is effective as an anti-inflammatory as well as an anti-cancer agent.Do your own research using Google Scholar.Please DON'T buy this to self-medicate yourself if your believe you have cancer. See a doctor!I felt some relief from the inflammation when I first started taking it; however, my condition is worsening and will require prescription meds.It's useful for providing relief from mild inflammation (3-4/10), but when your inflammation-induced pain level is an 8/10, it's time to get real meds.
