not an easy piece of equipment to use, gave it away to a friend and then they threw it out, rubbish.

I think this is a great product. With a little patience (adjusting the position / angle of the head) and a bit of imagination on where to place it (depending on how your windows open) I managed to clean all the windows of a third floor flat (including a large bay window) safely from inside in a reasonable amount of time. The head clips easily onto the pole, which comes ready assembled, and can be used by itself without the pole for those areas that are within easy reach, making it very versatile. In short, the product does what it claims and I am very pleased that I bought it. Perhaps one day someone will take the idea a step further and incorporate a means of adjusting the head automatically via the handle and including some kind of liquid dispenser, but until then this does the job just fine!

It does the job OK, but it is as awkward as I thought it might be. Its possible to get the washing pad on the window but cleaning it off with the built in wiper blade is not possible. Better than not been able to clean your windows at all, but don't expect a flawless product.

I love this! So helpful. I live on the third floor and have bottom opening windows. While cleaning still involves some precarious leaning and is by no means streak-free it’s a vast improvement on previous attempts. Success relys on being able to open the windows really wide and cleaning through the gap in the top (relatively narrow arms required!). The product includes a fitting that you wrap a felt cloth (also included) around to polish the windows. I found wrapping a microfibre cloth around it, sprayed with window polish, instead was really effective. Takes a bit of practice, but while there are no instructions it is all pretty self explanatory.

I found it very hard to use it may get better with time you have to keep altering the length

This product is excellent and has enabled me to clean my outside Windows safely from the inside.The product can be angled and extended to reach all parts of the window. I have been looking for something like this for a long time and my windows are now sparkling. A well made and clever invention.
