I was expecting hammock or aerial silk materials but this is cheaper and thinner feeling. The straps are also shorter than I was anticipating and I feel like I can’t get as far away from the door as I need in order to properly use the sling.

Fabulous for assisting me with my rehabilitation!I can deepen my stretches to reach muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia that I wasn't able to otherwise. This includes, tailbone, hips, and pelvic muscles.

This is the best thing I’ve ever bought my kids. It’s primarily for my daughter to practice gymnastics, but my kids use it for fun and to get energy out. As an anxious person, it means a lot when I said I wasn’t nervous at all about durability. My daughter spiderwoman-ed halfway up the door even. It helps get extra energy out and they have fun for a while. My daughter practices backbends, handstands, and arm/core strength with this.

The first time I tried using it, the top of the strap (the part that goes over the door) came apart, and I experienced a fall which caused some bruising. I am 5'5, 133 lb - there is no way that the weight was the issue. I am glad that I didn't try more challenging yoga poses. It could've caused me more serious injuries. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I am trying to increase my flexibility and this has been pretty nice. I haven't used it consistently enough or long enough to speak to the results My two daughters love to play in it as well and use it more as a swing. The only complaint I have is that the fabric can bundle up putting pressure in a smaller surface area across my back instead of spreading it out. If anyone has tips on how to fix that, that would be great! Really though, I am quite pleased with this product.
