How can you use this product when it does not arrive in tact. Two major screws missing so cannot be used! Rubbish

Easy to use, good price. Don't get the extra temperature prompt, I don't bother charging it since the first use. But over all does what it says on package.

Waste of money
This pelvic floor exerciser fell short of my expectations. The plastic material felt flimsy and cheap, and the spring mechanism wasn't strong enough to provide any real resistance. The "smart counting" feature was inaccurate and often skipped numbers. The ergonomic design claimed to be comfortable, but I found it awkward and uncomfortable to use. Overall, it felt like a cheaply made gimmick that did nothing to strengthen my pelvic floor.
