This works very well. I fall asleep and sleep soundly. Not groggy in the morning.

This item is a total waste of money. Please do not waste your efforts in trying to fall asleep or stay asleep. All you are actually doing is making somebody more wealthy with your hard earned money. I should have known better. I read other reviews that warned me but after a year of seeing advertisements, I caved and bought this. Please don’t make the same mistake. I gave it one star because I had to in order to submit this review.

Works well, I still wake up to pee a few times a night but that’s my own fault since I chug way too much water before bed and all day. I never feel anything from this recipe in the morning as I do from a large doze of melatonin alone. I already take passion flower extract and chamomile extract during the day for my anxiety and the pills still work. Great, perfect cocktail. Also, don’t eat too much before bed, when you do that it keeps your brain active as your body digests. I find that when I stop eating at least by 7 and then take this around 10, I fall asleep very fast at 10:30.

NOT AS GREAT AS ADVERTISED. PLUS I THINK WITH THE VARIOUS KINDS OF MAGNESIUM, IT CAUSED EXCESSIVE BOWEL MOVEMENTS. I DO NOT SLEEP ANY BETTER THAN BEFORE. BUT I GIVE YOU CREDIT FOR TRYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR A CHANGE

Helps me sleep. Great source for magnesium!

Does not work for me. Leaves me groggy and exhausted in the morning and not wanting to get out of bed.
