Buy the resin version, same brand. A million times more effective. These tablets had zero effect on me. Tried the resin from the same company on recommendation and OMG it’s like rocket fuel. Huge increase in energy levels, have a huge appetite to train hard and my endurance went through the roof.I’ve been doing triathlons for 10 years and after taking the resin started it set PB’s across the board in training and I’m 54!However I found the resin that powerful I take half doses and only days I have a big training session planned otherwise I’m to energised.
