Great product, from someone who suffered with insomnia for years, this has really helped aid a good nights sleep, my hubby also uses it, we have recommended to others who have also raved about its results, it’s affordable to, no horrible after taste, we have repeat ordered it many and will continue to use it as part of our daily routine !!

I have tried a few magnesium supplements in the past (including a well know expensive brand) but this has to be the one that has made the most difference.Going to give this a full review as I do also read reviews and base my purchases on what real people have experienced.Bare with....Given this 5 stars as they are also made in the UK and also has Malate and Citrate - from personal experience, I have found that when I like a supplement and re-order regularly, sometimes as they are shipped from abroad they can go 'out of stock for a while'. I am hoping these will be available for some time as they are on my repeat order list :-)I noticed after taking for about 2 weeks. You really need to give it that long to see any noticeable difference. I started taking glycinate originally to help with sleep - I was waking up alot during the night and just never felt properly rested.I'd say within about 10-14 days I was getting to sleep faster and staying asleep (which was my personal issue).An effect I didn't expect to notice so quickly was more regular bowel movements. I suffer from IBS and extreme constipation. I do feel that this has made a big difference for me but I am also very conscious of what I eat.They don't zone me out or make me groggy the next day. Just seems to relax me naturally - I don't think it's a placebo effect as I feel the benefits in other ways. I feel a lot calmer and a bit less anxious. Great Supplements at great price.Relaxing for restless legs and calming at bedtime without drowsiness.

I am a night owl, when I go to bed I will toss and turn for about 45mins to an hour before I drop off to sleep. The geeks Magnesium 3-in-1 was recommended to me. I took it an hour before bed, but I stayed up for an extra hour. I jumped in bed and the next thing I knew I was waking up 8hrs later😳😳. That has never happened to me before. I thought this was a fluke and took it again and the same thing happen. I’ve been taking it for two weeks and I’m sleeping very well every night. I stopped taking it just to check and within two days my vampire hours were back. So it’s fair to say this definitely works. I’ve also had a knee replacement and I’m told that it also helps with relaxing the muscles. However I don’t know what that’s meant to feel like, but the stiffness in my operated leg doesn’t feel so bad, But… I’m not sure if that’s just the natural healing process or if it’s working, but I’m still taking it anyway.
