Hard to find in stores
There Halo figures ca not be found in stores. My son collects the sets since he was a little boy. I was thrilled to have found these on Amazon. I did themed Christmas presents for his stocking and these went over well. A blast from the past for him. They are a bit expensive but it went well with my theme.

Amazing character pack, well detailed and high quality
I was lucky to get one of these ordered as soon as it came up for sale. I was a little weary of quality control based off of the previous 20th Anniversary Pack, but fortunately my copy did not suffer nearly the same amount of issues. The only standout problem was my Sgt. Johnson figure's right hand was molded wrong and cannot hold his weapon (a recurring issue with many Mega figures). Otherwise, paint application, joint sturdiness, accessories, and especially variety of figures makes this a standout set that I would argue is better than the 20th anniversary pack (no strange golden figures in this pack!)A couple of figures I want to highlight:-Thel 'Vadam (Arbiter) - It was a bold choice by Mega to include this figure in place of a traditional Arbiter, but I fully support this, as this is a version of the character we've never seen Mega do before. Plus, if you take off his chest armor, he has the mark of shame printed on him! Incredible detail.- Halo 2 ODST - This is a figure that many people were excited for, and it absolutely meets expectations. Very cool new mold, great detail, and stands out in a collection.- Tartarus - I was surprised to see that this version is much different from the HH10 version, this one having more armor and different paint applications to better represent the H2A version of Tartarus. Plus he has an actual Fist of Rukt!- Translucent Mk IV Spartans - I love unique figures, and these translucent ones, though controversial to some, pop out in a collection, and I'm glad Mega went with these instead of traditionally colored ones.In truth, there is no bad figure in this pack. My least favorite would probably be the Prophet of Regret, mainly because we haven't gotten a Prophet of Truth in years! But maybe that'll be for a Halo 3 Anniversary pack in 2027.Overall, this is the best character pack Mega has put out so far. Great quality figures and creative character choices that represent Halo 2 well. I hope Mega continues to put out quality sets like this.

Perfect addition to his lego builds
I recently gifted my son the Mega Halo Action Figures Building Toys Set, which includes 338 pieces and two poseable figures. I must say, this set has quickly become one of his favorite toys! He is obsessed with building lego buildings for these figures and all things HALO.The building experience is fantastic. The pieces fit together well, allowing for a sturdy construction that holds up during playtime. My son enjoyed the challenge of assembling the figures and vehicles, and it kept him engaged for hours. The attention to detail in the figures is impressive, capturing the essence of the Halo characters beautifully. One of the standout features of this set is the poseable articulation of the action figures. My son loves being able to pose them in various ways, which adds an extra layer of creativity to his play. He often reenacts scenes from the game, and it’s great to see him so engaged in imaginative play. However, I do want to note that the pieces are quite small, so supervision is essential for small children. While my son is old enough to handle them safely, I would recommend this set for children ages 8 and up, just to ensure they are responsible with the smaller parts.

Everything you need to know as a buyer
It's no secret that this is one of the coolest releases in the last couple of years, but that does not mean that it doesn't come without issues. I want to point out both where this set excels and where it falls short.Let's start with the good stuff first, it is one of the best collections of characters ever. There is tons of new molded armors, weapons that haven't been released in over a decade, and the painting was actually very good. Quality control on about 50% of the characters was very good. But that's where we get into the issues. The other 50% of the characters were unable to carry any weapons, I had to switch around their hands, or replace their hands with some that I had sitting in a bin somewhere. This has been an issue with Mega for the last two or three years where the molds for the hands are just slightly too small, by less than a millimeter, but it means they're not able to properly hold any accessories whatsoever without dropping it or breaking the hand. Usually the offhand can we switched over to the right which often is just fine, but for these figures that only work for one. additionally the Marine characters, including the infected marine, had arms that would not take most hands that I had just lying around, despite the hands being relatively the same. I suspect this is due to poor quality material specifically in the marine arms, the Spartan arms are fine as far as I can tell. Neither marine head could properly wear the helmet, it was too loose, again just by less than a millimeter, but far too much. The helmets fall off easily. Most of these issues were with the human characters, the non-human characters had only one issue, one of the brutes had a faulty forearm and a loose leg. The loose leg isn't much of an issue, and the faulty forearm was easily replaced with a different one I had in a bin. This was much better put together than the last character collection I purchased, but it's still frustrating that this is an issue even all this time later. It's an issue that they have certainly known about, yet failed to do anything about. Of course these exact issues will not be in every single copy, but seeing as every single human had issues carrying accessories I suspect just about everyone is going to run into the same issue. What makes this even more frustrating is the price, on sale it's $50, for full price it's $100. This is worth $30 to $45, with the issues it's worth even less. That's pretty much everything, but this poses a question: should you buy this? If it is priced at above 50 definitely do not get it, It's a scam at that point. 50 or below, well you better pray that it's not going to come with faulty figures. It's disappointing, because like I said these are some of the best characters we've ever had, and half of them were just fine, but the fact that Mega can't figure out how to fix this one issue is just stupid, I can live with loose legs, loose helmets, even a faulty piece or two. But this had 9 characters with issues, some of them had more than one issue as well.I hope Mega fixes this issue soon, until they do I would recommend getting a set with something buildable, and less figures, that way you won't have to spend 20 minutes trying to fix figures you can just have fun building.
