As a man in my late 40s, I have been using the Dhea proformance cream from these guys for a while, “rub in better health” - and have been able to regain energy and mental clarity while retaining muscle gains better than I have previously, can definitely feel the difference as well with these capsules, they don’t disappoint! Just looking at the ingredients they are probably the highest quality on the market, highly recommend.

Considering the price, the quality is exceptional. With numerous health benefits, easy-to-swallow capsules, and a suitable 25mg dosage per capsule, this supplement checks all the right boxes. However, I did notice that the absorption rate isn't as good as the Micronized DHEA I've used in the past. While it's still effective, I wish the absorption was more efficient.

I take DHEA supplements for awhile and then I’ll stop for awhile so when I got these to try I was impressed that I could see the boost of energy I seemed to get from them. I like that I can actually swallow them because they’re little (so many of my supplements are gigantic) Ive researched DHEA pretty thoroughly and I like what I’ve read about taking it in supplement form and it does give me a better workout at the gym. Anything Anti-aging I’ll try unless it’s not good for my body.

I should have read the side effects to this supplement. While it works it also has side effects and the one that impacted me was loss of hair. I just hope it grows back. We should all be carefull and read all the information on supplements we decide to use.

I continually switch around the supplements that I take, to keep my body from ever getting used to any particular supplement or mix.I read that natural DHEA levels peak in early adulthood and then slowly fall as you get older. I also read that synthetic DHEA can possibly be used as an anti-aging therapy and to improve physical performance.I'm no longer a young buck, so I wanted to give this DHEA a try. I like the slight boost it gives to my workouts. It's still way too early to tell if it has 'anti aging' effects, but I def like what I've gotten from it so far.Beyond this, the capsules are small, easy to swallow, have no smell and no taste. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, and at 1 per day (the suggested serving) it will last 2 months.

I have been getting rather picky about where my supplements are sourced after taking something I had been using for a long time with great effect to all of sudden having an issue flare up, the only change was taking a no-name brand that was made from out of the country (same mg serving size) instead of my tried and true brand that was from a reliable facility. Other issues came up too but I could not directly attribute the change of supplement to them as readily but I suspect the fillers were garbage too. Long story short... pay attention to who is making your supplements because not all places (countries) have the same quality standards. That said. These are made in the USA. They are not filled with junk fillers. Third party lab tested... (what is advertised as in the capsules is what you are actually getting). Certified FDA manufacturing facility. These are important issues that cannot be overlooked as you search for supplements. Regarding DHEA... you must know if you want or need them and have done the research. Just look for a reliable brand.

I use DHEA to support my hormones. This one is not bad for the price, it is a good amount. I like that the dose is only one capsule, but I don't like that there are so many fillers.
