Overall a good product. Lacks a user manual for the not very tech savvy people. USB2/3 charging function not working when connected to mobile. Heats up while using Wireless charging

I recently purchased the Honeywell USB Connector, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and durability.Pros:1. The media could not be loaded. I had connected this to a thunderbolt enabled laptop. There are following major issues that I have observed with this dock:a. The dock's HDMI connection keeps disconnecting intermittently.b. The PD port, for some strange reason, does not deliver a full 100W of power to the laptop.c. As soon as you turn OFF the charger connected to the PD port, the dock freaks out and the laptop takes time to initiate the other connected devices. This also happens when you turn ON the charger connected to the dock's PD portI tried connecting the HDMI cable directly to the laptop and it worked just fine. The same thing was tried with the PD charger by directly connecting it to the laptop and trying to turning it OFF-ON and it worked just fine.These problems are a deal-breaker because it makes this dock unusuable even though the build quality is excellent. The dock was replaced once but the same thing kept happening with the replacement as well.

i use it to connect my macbook air m3 with BenQ external monitor. i had a new connector brand earlier which gave me HDMI screen flickers and abrupt disconnection. this Honeywell brand works perfectly. i have 3-4 connection at all times. monitor, 2 HDD, 1 mouse. no screen flickers or disconnection. very impressed and easy on the wallet.

Wireless Keyboard and mouse dongle connected to this is resulting in delay

Excellent product. Solved most of my problems. However it doesn’t charge iphone 15 with wireless charging. Not sure if it is a feature or bug ?

overall value for money for a good brand of USB hub .Not sure the 4k hdmi version , if its 120hz or 60hz .ports and mag safe works fine .also works with iphone samsung phones - that allows you to use the phones like desktopthe power input if less than 100 w may not properly charge your mac pro ( this is the case with me )overall satisfied with the product just received.Advantage : the host cable is better , has ample ports , has 15w wireless that works fine with my apple and samsung devices.one more hdmi port and this will be unbeatable.Thanks,Sumit
