After taking these for a few weeks, I have noticed my appetite (especially cravings) slowly started to go away. However I am concerned about the truthfulness to the actual dosage I'm consuming. I've noticed that some capsules are more firm than others. That may indicate that some capsules are either not filled completely or the others too much. Overall, I still think these are great. The price is perfect and no after taste!

I'm giving it 3 stars because it worked to help urinary incontinence. But, the side effects caused terrible stomach pain and cramping with diarrhea. I am unable to continue with this supplement and I have a huge amount left. The stomach issues were gone the day I stopped taking it.

I started taking this Berberine for my cholesterol and ended up losing 40 lbs in 6 months! Easy to swallow capsules, highly effective!

My Urologist suggested that I start taking a Saw Palmetto supplement to help with some urinary tract symptoms after first suggesting some prescription drugs. He said the prescriptions would work faster; however, I could take the Saw Palmetto supplements and I should see effect in about 2 to 3 months. I started taking another Saw Palmetto supplement and started seeing its positive effects after about 2 months, which improved as time went on. After ordering and consuming two bottles of this supplement and trying to reorder again, I found it was unavailable; so, I ordered this supplement instead. Though the Deal Supplement Saw Palmetto Supplement 5000 mg with Pumpkin Seed has the same amount of Saw Pametto listed as the previous supplement, after going through almost two bottles, my urinary tract symptoms have returned almost as bad as before I started taking the first supplement. I seriously doubt that it has the amount of Saw Palmetto as listed, or it is of such inferior quality as to be virtually ineffective. Don't waste your money on this product!
